products of the week || 8.22.19
I've got a good old-fashioned blog post today! I finally got around to doing my nails again in recent weeks and I greatly enjoyed the polishes I used for this neon mani. Here’s a look!
One of my favorites from this mani was a long-time favorite of mine. "Suns Out Buns Out" by China Glaze is a gorgeous sparkly topper. It has an orangey-gold champagne color and works great over so many polishes. One of my all-time faves from China Glaze! Here's a link to it if you're interested: https://amzn.to/2HtSpWZ.
Next is one of my top polishes of 2018, a beauty from Color Club called "Peace, Love, & Polish." This is a super bright pink polish with yellow-gold shimmer. As many of you who've been watching my videos/reading the blog for a long time know, I always say this polish is like pink lemonade in a bottle. The formula is good in one coat, since it's a pretty thick polish, but you will need a glossy top coat if you don't want to keep the neon-matte finish. So pretty! Finally, we have an indie polish. This one is called "Peryite," it's by Bees Knees Lacquer. I spotted this at an Indie Shop last year and I thought it was super unique. It has an interesting lime/slime green color with lots of multichrome shimmer. My favorite way to wear this polish is over top of white or a light green (as I did for my recent mani), but the swatch picture below is a good example of how to wear this like a jelly manicure. This polish is super unique and I really like it! Unfortunately, I didn't find this on their website anymore, but if you ever see them at an indie shop, keep an eye out for this one.
Let me know in the comments what some of your products of the week are and which one of mine was your favorite! See you soon! Have a polished rest of your day! :)
