❤️ November Favorites ❤️
Hello, Polished People! I didn't get a chance to do my October Favorites, but I do have quite a few fun things from November that I figured I'd share with you. Let's get started!
I'm not going to be including a nail care section very often in my favorites posts anymore since my favorites for that don't change very often. So, we're just starting off with nail polish! First shade is "Blanc Out" by China Glaze and this came out in this year's Spring Fling collection. This has been my go-to white for the last two months, actually, and it has a really nice formula.
Next is "The Color that Keeps on Giving" from the XOXO, Love OPI Collection by OPI for the 2017 holiday season. This one is absolutely beautiful and I wore this for two straight weekends last month for special occasions, and it's so delicate and gorgeous. This does have a two to three coat formula, but I don't mind because its color build-up is great!
Another one I used a lot for nail art in November was "Radiant Red" by Mary Kay, a lovely red that I received as a gift, and it is so wonderful. This has an absolutely beautiful, smooth formula and very pretty classic red hue. See if you can spot this in a bunch of my 31 Day Challenge 2017 manicures. :)
Another one I feel like I used a lot for nail art is a lovely light pink called "Getting Nadi on my Honeymoon" from the Fiji Collection by OPI, and this was their Spring/Summer collection for 2017. I absolutely loved that collection; it was a rainbow of classic cremes with their own unique color twists, and the formulas were great. This polish is opaque in two to three coats, but since I used it with nail art, I didn't mind the slight streaky-ness. This is my go-to pink!
I've got another red I used A LOT throughout November, and it is "Santa's Side Chick" from the China Glaze Glam Finale Collection for Holiday 2017. As silly as this polish's name is, the formula is amazing and it an absolutely gorgeous red shimmer matte that I've been wearing and using for nail art all month long. :) By the way, if you're interested in getting a look at other beautiful polishes from this fab collection, check out my swatch and review video HERE.
Lastly, here's one of my all-time favorite nail polishes, and this is "Peace, Love, & Polish" by Color Club and I found this beauty for just $2 at T. J. Maxx in October, I believe. This one is, as I always say, like pink lemonade in a bottle with it's beautiful sunset pink color with a ton of gold shimmer. The formula can take up to three coats, but it's 100% worth it. GORGEOUS! 😍
Alright, and as for my #notnailrelated favorites, I've got some beauty items and some fun things I've found recently. First is my all-time favorite lipstick at the moment, and this is the Sephora-exclusive "Birthday Suit" matte lip paint by Tarte. I had a mini-size of this (you probably saw that in my September Favorites), but I had to get a full-size, because I use it every day. Highly recommend it!
Another beauty product is the Sephora-exclusive Tarte blush that goes with this lip paint. It's called "Partaaay" and it is also my all-time favorite blush at the moment. It has a rosy pink color and it's really pretty. I used this since September and it's almost gone!
Starting off my #notnailrelated faves, here are these GORGEOUS holographic mermaid stickers. I found these at Target, and even though I probably won't use them until the Summer, I had to get these because I love holographic finishes! Besides, these are really cute and tropical. ☺
Next is the really unique deco/washi tape, also from Target. It has a really cool and festive almost satin finish with a beautiful Christmas-red color. I know I'll use this a lot for Christmas packages and cards and things.
Finally, I have these ADORABLE 3D puffy Christmas stickers from Michaels. They have the cutest designs with Santa, snowmen, penguins, and more Christmas cuties. I used these to decorate my computer and I think they'll be good for special Christmas cards. Super cute!
And that's it for my November Favorites! Comment below what your favorites were from November, and if we have any favorites in common. I'll see you soon!
