9 Orange & Purple Polish Combos for Halloween

Hey, everyone! I had this blog post idea back in September, but I waited until now so you have this guide just in time for Halloween. :) I'm sharing 9 combinations of orange and purple polishes that you can wear for this spooky and fun holiday. These combos all have different styles and you're sure to find one that suits your preferences, from the most subtle to the most blinged-out. Let's go!

Subtle and Elegant

First up is two Zoya polishes that go SOOOO well together. The orange is called "Sawyer" and it's from this year's Wanderlust collection for Summer. The purple is called "Hudson" and I believe it's a part of their core line. These two are very light and not to bling-y if you're not into that. These are such a cute combo and will compliment a black outfit nicely!

Pumpkins 'n' Lilacs

Another one of my favorites! These two, "Polly Want a Lacquer?" and "No Tan Lines", are from OPI's Fiji collection from Spring, and they are perfect together! You could argue that this is a mango orange, but I see it as a lighter pumpkin. These two were made for each other and are each good in two to three coats. These are perfect if you want a classic purple-and-orange combo that go together well but aren't too bright.

Edge and Shimmer

Whoa! Game change! These are also both from OPI and they are "Go with the Lava Flow" and "Turn on the Northern Lights". Both are so beautiful, but they've got some spice! These are a little bit grungy, very edgy, and little off of the traditional orange and purple colors for Halloween. These are great for you if you want to wear something a little unique and wild!

Happy Holo-ween!

Oooh, this is one of my faves! Here's "Courtney Orange" by Sinful Colors and "Berry Good Looking" by Cupcake Polish. These two are GORGEOUS together and are just for you if you want that bright, shimmery, sparkly, bling-y, holographic stunner duo on your nails for your next Halloween bash. :)

Chic and Professional

Stuck in the office on All Hallows' Eve? Never fear! You can still wear some fun colors but stick to a professional palette. "Accent Piece" by China Glaze and "All Access Pass" by essie have got you covered. These two create a chic and toned-down color scheme, but still keep in the mindset of Halloween colors. You could use a quick matte top coat on these and they'll become even more chic than they already are!

Cute 'n' Cartoon-y

These two are really fun! "Lilac Out Loud" and "Orange Zest" compliment each other's bright and wholesome colors, making a cute combo for Halloween. You'll appreciate the orange's one-stroke paddle brush and the purple's finish is just so unique and cute.

Witch's Pumpkin Spice

That name for this duo just seemed so perfect because this purple is my ideal witch purple for Halloween. ☺ "That's Shore Bright" by China Glaze and "Fondant of You" by essie go great together with a simple matte finish and some orange shimmer. This combo is so easy and lovely!

I'll Bling the Candy

Wow, this is a sparkly one! Here's "Amy" by Zoya and "I Just Canterlot" from the China Glaze LE My Little Pony collection. Holographic glitter and orange/gold fold? Yes, please! These two are your second-best bet as well as Happy Holo-ween! for the bling-y-est mani around.

Finally, my all-time favorite orange-and-purple combo, "Orange You Hot?" by China Glaze and "Finley" by Zoya. These happen to be the Nail Polish Forum Polish Duo of the Month, and rightly so. You have to try this combo sometime this month, if not for Halloween. Highly recommend it!

Hope you enjoyed this guide and found something you like! I believe you can find most if not all of these polishes in the Nail Mall here on threesixtynails.com, so check that out if you're interested in getting your hands and nails on any of these. Comment below which combo is your favorite!
