Top 6 Pink Polishes for Winter || Collab w/ Pep Thoughts Blog
Hi, Polished People! I'm very excited for today's blog post because I am collaborating with Emily from Pep Thoughts Blog! I've done many YouTube collaborations in the past, but I don't think I've ever done a blog collab like this, so this is really fun. Today, Emily and I are going to share some of our fave pink polishes for winter. Be sure you go check out Emily's blog and see her post as well; here's a link to her blog: https://pepthoughtsblog.com/. So, let's get into my favorites...
This first polish I'll be showing you is called "Pink Blink," one of my faves from Sally Hansen. This is one of their Insta-Dri polishes, the newer formula. This is such a nice pink for Winter because it's your perfect pale pink that's just waiting for Spring; a cute pop of color for the colder months. It applies nicely in two coats and will look great on a variety of skin tones. Here's a link if you need: https://amzn.to/2GATjA8.
This next one is also by Sally Hansen but it's from their Crayola collection. It's called "Cotton Candy" and it's a nice medium pink creme; much like the name suggests it's sort of like a cotton candy pink, but a little more muted. This formula is nice in two coats and is such a good tone for winter. Here's a link if you like: https://amzn.to/314ueXO.
This next polish is from OPI and it's called "Getting Nadi On My Honeymoon," from their Fiji Collection. (It's a few years old, I'm not exactly sure when it came out.) This pink is different from "Pink Blink" because it's a little more pale and has a more blue undertone. This is a nice cool-toned pink that compliments the winter season nicely. This one is great in two coats and is a very flattering neutral color. Here's a link if you're interested: https://amzn.to/2S0whbh.
Next up is "Barre Hopping" (adorable name!) from the China Glaze Chic Physique Collection. This one is a bit more purple-toned than some of the other polishes, but I figured I'd include it anyway. This one has such a unique color to it and is a great way to add a splash of spring to your winter. The formula is nice in two coats and this type of color is just so pretty and feminine. This one is called "Delancey" and it's a beautiful hot Barbie pink by tenoverten. This is such a lovely color to brighten up a cold day and it's super flattering on any skin tone. The formula is great in two coats and applies very nicely. Here's a link if you want: https://amzn.to/2RBAoLS.
Our final polish for today is my very favorite at the moment; this one is called "Look at You, Pink-achu" and it's by Morgan Taylor. This is such a gorgeous unique pink and it's such a joyous shade to add some fun cold weather. This formula is nice in two coats (amazing in three) and would look stunning on any skin tone as well. Highly, highly recommend this beauty; a must for any nail polish enthusiast! Here's the link if you're interested: https://amzn.to/2S3QKvE.
