products of the week (it's been a while) || 5.26.19
after almost two years, the series is back…
By Cali, host of threesixtynails
Somehow, through all the changes here on threesixtynails, my longtime series “Products of the Week” got lost in the shuffle. But, today, I’ve decided to bring it back! This week, I’ll be sharing three of my favorite nail items from this past week. I haven’t had a chance to do my nails in a while, but I’ve still got some favorites to talk about. Let’s look at the first one…
This beauty is “Supernatural” by Color Club, a gorgeous silver linear holographic with a unique purple flash. I’ve been wearing this polish for the last two weeks and it’s absolutely beautiful. This is perfect for summer, as it shines brightest (pun intended) in the sunlight. This has a pretty good formula, probably between two and three coats depending on nail length. As I’ve mentioned before on my YouTube channel, we like to call these the “Walmart exclusives” of the Color Club line. They are hard to find in stores, but similar colors online have different names. Comment below if you’ve found these anywhere!
This is a new product to me; this is Cetaphil’s Moisturizing Lotion. The packaging says you can use this on your body and your face, so you’ll get a lot of use out of it. I haven’t used this a lot on my hands, but that’s something I’ll try soon. However, it’s a nice way to hydrate your face at night and it doesn’t leave your skin feeling super greasy. You don’t need to use a lot; a little goes a long way. I bought a mini one of these to try it out, and I like it so far! Also, if you’re sensitive to scents, this one is perfect as it is unscented. A constant favorite of mine for the last several months has been “Pink Blink” by Sally Hansen Insta-Dri. This is a really nice light pink and I use it all the time in various nail designs. The formula is great, so I highly recommend this one! Not sure why it’s listed so expensive here, but here’s a link for it: https://amzn.to/2wn1ivE
