Good afternoon, everyone! Who else is loving this spring weather?! So, since I’m in a springy mood, as is most every nail artist this time of year, I put together some of my spring favorites for nails that I know you’ll adore. Let’s begin! (P.S. As usual, for this post, if you have Ad Blocker installed on your device, disable it temporarily on this page.)
First up, we have…
… “Chillato” by essie!!!!!!!!!!!! This color is a really pretty light yellow-green, and it’s absolutely perfect for spring. My mind was on tropical/spring colors when I got it, since I was preparing for summer and smiling down at my DVD copy of “Moana”.
The formula on this polish is pretty thin, but that’s a little expected because it’s somewhat of a pastel. I’m definitely going to be doing some fun floral nail art with this! Shop this color and more awesome essie shades at this link from the threesixtynails Nail Shop: http://amzn.to/2mbAZlu .
… “Lively” by Formula X for Sephora!!!!!!!! I was looking for a fun and springy pastel yellow polish, and this one is PERFECT. The formula is a little streaky, and may need three coats depending on application, but overall this color is so sweet for spring. I used it in my “Tangled”-inspired mani that I posted on Instagram (@threesixtynails) this morning, and I really like how it turned out!
You can check out “Lively” in a Sephora store near you!
On our list now…
… “Trendy” by Orly!!!!!!!!!!!! This BEAUTIFUL peachy-pink polish with a slight shimmer from the Spring 2016 Melrose Collection is one of my favorites!! The color is so cute, and really makes your nails pop. The consistency on this polish can get very thick with the two-to-three coats you’ll need to eliminate streaks, but the color is totally worth it. Here’s a swatch:
Although this is an older collection, this gorgeous polish could never go out of spring style! Shop this collection in gel formula at this link from the threesixtynails Nail Shop: http://amzn.to/2muqn3J .
… Cuticle (keratin) Conditioner by Formula X for Sephora!!!!!!!! This cuticle oil/conditioner is my favorite right now; it’s super moisturizing and doesn’t have a bad scent. The only con is that if you don’t massage it in right away, it gets really sticky. Otherwise, I seriously love this stuff! Shop it at this link from the Nail Shop: http://amzn.to/2mK1K3x .
I hope you all enjoyed this fun and springy post filled with nail polish/treatment goodies. Comment below with which item was your favorite!
