FingerPaints The Fantasy Collection | Partial Swatch & Review

Hi, guys! Sorry I haven’t blogged in a while; I’ve been putting together lots of YouTube videos lately, but I’m going to try to focus on my blog a lot more over the summer so I can show you some polishes, do more swatch/review posts, and get back into a routine with my Products of the Week posts. Anyway, today, I’m showing you my partial swatch and review for The Fantasy Collection by FingerPaints, a Sally Beauty-exclusive brand. I have three of the six-piece collection, and the three that I have are my favorites. I’ve got a swatch and review video for them, so you can watch that first:

So, let’s look at pics in the same order I showed them in the video. First, here’s “Lost in Wonderland,” the beautiful almost mauve-pink with a icy mint-teal flash. I like this best in three coats, but with shorter nails, you could probably get away with two. This also works great as a topper over a variety of colors!

Next is “In the Clouds,” a soft periwinkle-lavender with a reddish-pink flash. This one also requires three coats, and it does appear to be a little more sheer than the previous polish. Would be great for a winter-themed mani!

Finally, we have “Legendary Lore,” a fiery-red-orange shimmer with a bright yellow-gold flash. This one is a little better in two coats, but still looks its best in three. Good if you’re looking for a bright color that’s not quite a red.

That’s it for today! Which of these three (or the whole collection) is your favorite? Like I’ve mentioned, I’d have to say “Lost in Wonderland.” It surprised me by how nice the duochrome shift is, considering it is from a mainstream company. These polishes are only about $5 each, so you get a good polish for an affordable price. These are also unique because they are infused with argon oil, another good feature. Comment below which one’s your favorite!

Have a polished rest of your day! 🙂
